The conditions for using your workspace, your responsibilities, and the limits of advisory software.
Central Synaptic Intelligence Systems · British Columbia, Canada · Version 2026-10-v3 · Updated October 19, 2026
1. Operator, agreement and authorized use
Central Synaptic Intelligence Systems, established in British Columbia, Canada, operates Synaptic Wind Intelligence Systems. These terms govern authorized access to this software and its APIs, subject to any controlling signed agreement and mandatory legal rights. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to use its data and systems. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service. Policy version: 2026-10-v3.
2. Eligibility and authority
The service is intended for business and professional users who can enter a binding agreement under applicable law. You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction (19 in British Columbia), or use the service under an authorized organizational arrangement permitted by law. An organization’s representative must have authority to accept these terms. The service is not directed to children; do not submit children’s personal information.
3. Your account and responsibilities
Keep credentials secure, provide accurate information, use only accounts and assets you are authorized to access, and promptly remove or report inappropriate memberships. Do not bypass security controls, impersonate others, upload unlawful content, interfere with availability or use the service to issue unauthorized equipment commands. Each account owner manages their own account; ownership does not grant access to other customer accounts.
4. Acceptable use and submitted records
Only submit records you have authority to share. Do not submit malware, unlawful material, unnecessary personal information, credentials or third-party confidential data without permission. Do not probe systems without authorization, harvest other users’ data, defeat rate limits, remove provider attribution or misrepresent simulated output as measured evidence. Report suspected account compromise promptly through our contact page. Authorized security testing requires an agreed scope.
5. License and ownership
Subject to these terms and any applicable written agreement, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for authorized purposes. Software, branding, algorithms and documentation remain owned by their owners or licensors. You retain applicable rights in your submitted data and authorize its processing as needed to provide, secure and maintain the service. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
6. Advisory software, not equipment control
Outputs are read-only recommendations for human review. They do not actuate turbines or SCADA, replace OEM instructions, certified engineering, on-site measurement, inspections, emergency procedures or mandatory safety interlocks. Never rely on the application as the sole basis for safety-critical action. You are responsible for qualified review, site-specific operating limits, required approvals and compliance with applicable laws and operational requirements.
7. Location, forecasts and model limitations
Coordinates may be inaccurate, stale, manually entered or derived from mixed device signals. Satellite imagery can be offset, outdated or unavailable. Forecasts, performance estimates, risk/confidence scores and recoverable-energy figures are uncertain, may use fallback inputs, and are not guarantees of output, financial return or equipment condition. Published accuracy thresholds screen input quality; they do not certify a physical asset location or replace a qualified survey.
8. Third-party services and availability
The service depends on hosting, identity, map, weather and other providers. Their terms, costs, geographic restrictions and outages may affect availability. We may maintain, change, suspend or retire features, or suspend access for misuse, security or legal reasons, subject to applicable agreements and law. No uptime, response-time, maintenance outcome or compatibility guarantee is created by this page.
9. Fees and commercial arrangements
These terms do not create a paid subscription, authorize a payment or promise a free service indefinitely. Any pricing, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refund, support or service-level commitments must be disclosed and agreed in a separate order or agreement before purchase. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.
10. Ending access and handling records
You may stop using the service and request account deactivation or deletion through the account privacy tools or our contact email. A request is reviewed before action; it does not automatically remove shared organizational records or erase legally required records. Access may be suspended for misuse, security or legal reasons subject to applicable agreements and law. Request needed records before closure; retention and export limits are explained in the privacy policy.
11. Changes, interpretation and contact
The published version identifies the current terms. Material changes will be communicated or presented for acceptance where required by law; continued use alone does not override a legal requirement for consent. A controlling signed agreement takes precedence where it conflicts with these terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. No waiver or amendment removes mandatory statutory rights. Contact the operator identified on this page with questions.
12. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any controlling written agreement, the service is supplied as available without guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free data or suitability for a particular operational decision. Applicable mandatory consumer and other statutory rights are preserved. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any negotiated liability, warranty, support or service-level terms must be documented in the applicable written agreement.
13. British Columbia law and resolving concerns
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that cannot be displaced. Contact Michael Rybaltowicz at BrainandBodyai@Gmail.com to discuss a concern. Nothing here requires you to waive a statutory complaint route or other non-waivable remedy. Any venue arrangements in a controlling signed agreement apply only to the extent permitted by law.
