Safety & data limitations
Understand what location fixes, forecasts and operational recommendations can—and cannot—tell you.
Central Synaptic Intelligence Systems · British Columbia, Canada · Version 2026-10-v3 · Updated October 19, 2026
1. Read-only operational advice
The software records and analyzes information. It does not control turbine equipment, send SCADA setpoints or override safety interlocks. Recommendations require site-specific review by qualified personnel using OEM instructions and approved operational procedures. For an emergency, use the site emergency response process, not this application.
2. Location accuracy and satellite imagery
Device location is an estimate, not a certified survey. A device fix is accepted only when its reported horizontal accuracy is 25 meters or better and its capture is no more than two minutes old at submission. Manual coordinates have unverified accuracy. Satellite images may not align exactly with a measured asset. Stored decimal precision is not a claim of physical accuracy. Offline coordinate schematics contain no satellite imagery; Web Mercator is unsuitable for accurate polar depiction.
3. Telemetry and illustrative examples
Illustrations and sample data are not live customer telemetry. An authenticated view is not automatically a live-data view: anchors can await telemetry, sources can be stale or unavailable, and models can use fallback inputs. Check source, capture/observation time, binding status and completeness before interpreting a figure. Zero, missing and stale values must not be treated as evidence that equipment is safe.
4. Forecasts, models and decisions
Forecasts and model outputs are uncertain and may change. Weather values at 10 m and 100 m are model reference heights, not measurements at a turbine hub. External Canadian warning links require the user to check the applicable region; this application does not continuously monitor official warnings or provide automatic icing detection. Confidence and risk scores describe model estimates, not certified probabilities or guarantees. No output constitutes certified engineering, surveying, financial, insurance or regulatory advice. Energy estimates are not guaranteed revenue or savings. Obtain qualified advice for the intended decision.
5. Third-party attribution and terms
Where used, satellite imagery is attributed to Esri and its imagery contributors; Google Maps is provided by Google; the map renderer is MapLibre GL JS; forecasts are provided by Open-Meteo. Provider notices and attribution must remain visible. Availability, imagery dates, licensing and applicable provider terms vary. These providers do not endorse the application.
